You know, you could pretty easily harden this shelter to protect you and your loved ones from NBC/WMD effects. If you're interested, I can point you in the right direction for how to do so.

I live in a small town and my wife is an invalid. I fell asleep with head phones on and she couldn't wake me called 911 and the local operator asked her if she thought the cave under the house had collapsed LOL.
A deputy showed up and first went in the bottom garage to see if I was buried....
