I'm really looking forward to the completion of the regent park redevelopment and other planned redevelopments including the ones planned for lawrence heights and alexandra park. If all of the modern style post war housing of the former m.t.h.a. and ontario housing buildings can be replaced with the newer post modern/deconstructivist buildings with their very high ratio of market rent households, then all affordable housing will eventually become self sustaining and free from government meddling

Non profit buildings have 75% market renters along with the condos built nearby, which helps pay for the subsidized apartments. And The residents of Regent Park wont have to leave once the work is done, what with finally having a bank, supermarket and all the other things that any regular healthy community has.

does it all start with a dealer? Where does the idea of the "dealer" start? when a man or kid cant make money because of a lack of oppurtunitys, so one could say it all starts with a lack of oppurtunity because the canadian government can't supply enough well paying jobs.
You don't see all the many other people out there with financial issues resorting to selling drugs. To get a well paying job u need to start at the bottom and take low level jobs- u might have to settle for minimum wage for a while but that is called putting in the time and effort.
