@USARangers2616 I assume "LA" means you're from Louisiana... not Los Angeles. Because if you lived in CA, you'd be SOL. If you were to order a silencer from me, I'd have to transfer it to an SOT dealer (more commonly known as "Class 3") dealer in LA. That dealer then takes care of the paperwork, and does the final transfer... on a Form 4... to you. And you'll have to pay that dealer a transfer fee. So, it's usually better to just buy silencers from dealers in your home state.
