A lot of protestors do have jobs, or we would spend more time defending the Erris environment & people!
Many things hide behind the banner of 'progress & jobs', including pollution, poisoning, & the dumping of radioactive waste into the Irish Sea; sure, it's progress, & brings a good profit......
Cops hide behind the breastplate of the law to break the law & attack citizens.
How many of ye have been to Nigeria to protest? None I'd say. Gardai are doing their job, and thank god for them, if we hadn't them we'd have layabout, dole spongeing hippies stopping every bit of progress in this country. The natural resources of Ireland should belong to the PEOPLE of Ireland! They've been sold out by corrupt swine in Government. Power to Shell to Sea & the brave Erris people.
The Gardai dont see all the destruction shell is doing to the area from all the euro signs in their eyes...must be all brainwashed or dont have anything going on in the noggin...
The protesters should wear paded jackets and helmets to absorb the pig's battons. Then get organized and carry out random attacks on shell machinery and the filthy pigs protecting it.
