@melairbags Looks like mostly After Effects with probably another 3D-authoring program like Cinema4D or 3DSMax. Any of the elements that doesn't involve 3-dimensional objects can be, with some moderate skill, done with After Effects.

This video is an excellent example of economic motion design--effective movement and solid, conceptual integration of image and type done without being boring or canned.
