  • do you like the giovanni direct leave in or the LTR leave in better?

  • very pretty Traycee!!!!!im so glad it worked 4 u:)

  • I got mine frm TJ Maxx too. I never DCed with it, but I will try it wen I do my protein trmnt nxt wk. U dont spray any leave in conditioner in? Or u just use the cream leave in conditioners?

  • @Faty8286 ..I like using the spray leave ins in the summer...But in the winter my hair tends to like creamier conditioners better in the winter..Because my hair tends to be drier in the months

  • you can get giavanni products for half that price at Walmart

  • @gph215 ...Really not at the Walmarts in So Cal where I live.....They also don't carry the liter size conditioner I had in the video...But I will no doubt go look again...Hahahahaha

    Thanks Girl

  • When your braidout gets old, do you have to detangle again, or just finger comb then re braid again?

  • @saprlove ..When my braid out is done....I usually apply deep conditioner to my hair on dry hair ...Then detangle after I deep condition...Or I jump in the shower and rinse and clean my hair ...Then deep condition and detangle with conditioner..

To avoid breakage I try to never detangle my braid out ...Only detangle after deep conditioning

    Hope that makes sense

  • Do have to rinse after you deep condition on dry hair each time?

  • hey traycee glad to see the givanni worked for you I HART IT!!!!! BUT..... try the smooth as silk as a leave in i like it a little better than the direct leave in. BUT thet are both the best i ran into a member it the bronx ny trying to out buy me ;( i had to ask her what board she was a member to we both laughed and said lhcf AND i put her on to kiss ... have a blessed holiday!

  • @ CHAQUI11....Smooth as Silk as a leave in sounds YUMMY !!..Ok I'm trying it next co-wash...Hahahaha..Look at you out there promoting K.I.S.S....Thank you Love I truly appreciate it !!!

  • You are right, it is GREAT as a leave in! =)

  • Great lookin hair girl.

  • I'm glad your problem was resolved!

Your so right about keeping your self educated about different technique because you know one would think heat and a fine tooth comb would be automatic no no... but its really about technique

  • your hair came out nice and does seem like a great way to continue a stretch.

  • Hey Traycee your hair looks great. I love the tip about being open to new ideas and the need for constant "hair education" I totally agree. Would you recommend the coconut milk for naturals?

  • Yay!! I love sylver2's technique! She got her 11 month post hair looking like relaxed hair! I'm so glad you got your new growth to behave!! So happy for you!

  • Great job Traycee! I think Sylver manages to rock her braidouts for about 2 weeks. Mine never last for more than 3-4 days. How long do yours hold up? Do you ever have a problem with tangling?

  • @MsChanteJ72 ....Yes it is amazing that she can make a braid out last that long...

I won't be doing that...I train too hard and often to do that...My scalp would be a smelling , itchy mess....

I'm going to stick to my regular regimen because it works for me...And use some of her methods for my braid outs..

  • I just checked Sylvers Fotki and although there aren't any pics in her new album yet, the title reads 'Hair Cut back to BSL'. . .she said she neglected her end this year and had to get em trimmed. . .: - (

  • combined w/ a very scissor happy stylist.

  • Your looks beautiful. Im going to have to try it.

  • Hi Traycee! Your hair looks great! Do you still use your aloe vera spritz to tame your new growth? I have a lot of new growth also. I made my own spritz today and tied down my edges with my scarf that helped out a whole lot.

  • @kesha08 ...Thanks I don't that often ...I may need to bring that back into my regi

  • i like

  • @memee1978 ..Thanks Sis

  • You're the greatest. Stay positive as always. God bless.

  • @amarige25 ...Thanks Sis

  • you said its not like "RAHRRRRR"! LMAO! that was classic!!!! thx for sharing!

  • @EbonyCPrincess ...Hahahaa...

  • I use her technique as well. Its a life saver LOL.

  • @BlueBerryYumYum23 ..Yes it is a life saver..hahaha

  • I also tried her technique, but my hair is not nearly as long, so it was just okay. But I am definitely studying and learning her videos. I couldn't get KISS to work for me today. I don't know why...

  • @atinob43 ..Thats strange...Let me know if you have any more problems
