  • I am from Kerala, I have not tasted all these variety of foods as this sea foods are quite expensive and most of them are exported. But now i am in Sweden, I hope to go back with some money and taste them. I hope and I wish there will be a time when people like me do not want to go out of Kerala to earn money to come back and eat our food. :)

  • @Starwins yeah well the gastro is one, but I think a lot of Indian cuisine focuses on stronger flavours and perhaps they would get that by cooking it for longer and boiling it down. Personally, I'd only cook mussels for 5-10 mins but I think the process in that case is different for different reasons.
