@jayparrish1 submissions are the easiest way to win in this game ur jus a fuckin retard obviously, and actually its easier to submit players in most cases cuz theres lots of people out there like you that dont know what your doin, the CPU is usually more technical about it and takes the technical escape instead of the brute force escape therefore its usually easier to submit players, all you need to do is button smash, i usually tap x and y with my two thumbs and 8/10 i win

I've tried submitting 100000 times using the analog stick.. never succeeded. But by using my thumb and just smashing all 4 action buttons as long as his stamina is nearly depleted it's a Sub every single time. Hope it helps :p

@amrofab12 I reccomend you go for mount, body strike them until theyir stamina is almost all gone and while doing so holding the right analog stick to either directionn to stop them from rolling you off. hope this helps you out :)

it really depends on the fighter, (power over tecnique) use the buttons to "beat" the submission into your opponent or use it to punch your way out, for submission/ground oriented fighters use the right stick. rolling the right analog stick in a FULL fluent circle in a CLOCKWISE motion is the best way to tap an opponent...if done correctly you can tapout a fighter even if he has a full stamina bar(Green) again know what your fighters skills are and use the applicable actions accordingly.

i used both joystick and all the buttons!

if you have a guy with high submision offense is very easy!

just wait until his tired normally in round 3 is the easiest but round 2 can be done also!

and push the buttons like crazy! or spin the joystick but instead of spinning the joystick spin the controll is easier thats the trick!

guys he effed up. to submit someone,you rotate right thumbstick. and lets say yur trying to do triangle choke;you rapidly tap A and B(X and O for PS3) and if yur trying to do rear naked choke,rapidly tap X and Y( Square and Triangle for PS3) really,wutever u hav to cross is wut u push. if u have to cross legs,u use kick buttons;if u have to cross arms,use punch buttons. if yur bein submitted,u push one of the punch buttons(i say one of them cuz usly one arm is free,and one is trapped)

rotating is best, tapping quickly is fine if ur playing ur mates but online it won't transmit that quickly so it's pointless!

Cool, but I've found tapping buttons (no matter the speed or technique) you can still not defend if your strength points aren't high enough. For those of you who have low strength shining the right analog stick is a better method.

i find it easier to put your right thumb on A + B and then swing your left thumb over the top just over the xbox button and start (so you don't accidentally click them) and hit X + Y so your right thumb has the bottom half and left thumb has the top half, but that might just be for me. I've never been submitted online and i've never had anyone "break" a submission but i usually time them right (opponent has no stamina)

They work your just probally not doing it right. Look at your ufc fighters stats any ufc fighter that has a high submission offense rotate the right control stick as fast as you can and make sure there stamina is very low or if your opponent is gassed. For guys that have a very high strength examples,rashad evans,and brock lesnar your gonna wanna mash the a,b,y,and x buttons that would be called a brutal force submission,well thats what most people online call it.
