I dont know wich version of Shift 2 you have, but on mine I drive the Nordschleife in 6.12.658 and if I drive on the grass I have an accident.

Its simple, he drive with assisted handling casual, which is actually help steering and controling brake/acceleration, so if he do errors like he did here in every third corner, he will not crash.

I dont know what kind of record this is but maybe there is a driving school world record competition in that game?

Look at NFS shift 1 with Overhaul 2 mod. After years of work, the nogripracing community put together one of the best sim racers of all time. I haven't beat any real life nurburgring laptime in a stock car. Even the most modded 1000hp beast does 6:55 at best

Nice Record but he brake using quite only the gear, look at 1:59 to brake he goes immediatly from fifth gear to first going out of max rpm. If it was in reality engine was gone xD anyway nice video.
