I've been told about this movie, but i am not sure if i want to see it myself or not... the fact that his nuts are being chrushed, and that she after that makes him spray blood on her face kind of causes me to hestitate

Instead of complaining to digitaljoint2 about his being based in Russia, you ought to thank him for making available one of the most profound and brilliant and disturbing of recent films.

It is fitting that the movie is dedicated to Tarkovsky. The master would be proud.

@JeanCocteau777 being a Russian myself and a huge fan of Tarkovsky, i wouldn't say that he would have been proud of Antichrist. Tarkovsky didn't use disturbing explicity to depict his ideas. Many places in Antichrist look like scenes from "The Mirror" - similar concepts: cabin in woods, intensive use of slowmotion, wind, bushes, etc. Although i do think that Lars' work as "cameraman" is genious.
