If you're having trouble with this Activity, here a few pointers that may aid you:
Use the Satchel Charges and place them on varying enviromental objects such as in dining areas or on neighbourhood fences and detonate to get a quick combo build from 1-50+ in a matter of seconds. Then quickly switch to the RPG and continue to destroy things in rapid succession.

people say to blow up fences for huge combos, thus resulting in millions of dollars... thats bullshit... first of all, theres no fences as far as i can see... the highest combo i can get is MAYBE 16-17...
level 4 needs 500,000 i think.. i just managed to get maybe half of that after blowing up tons of crap... but all the police and FBI usually ram me and send me flying, wasting time...
yeah where your first safe house is ( the one around the saints hideout also know as the church) right across the street is one i cant remeber the other one
all u have to do is throw as many c4 as the game lets you around fences and other things and then just keep hitting the detonate button u get around an 100 combo bonus and things go a lot quicker
im on easy and for some reason i just can NOT complete the 6th level for mayhem at my crib, it brings me to the suburbs, i tried everything, rocket on cars and guns on civilians to keep the combo, but it doesnt work, i completed every activity except for the mayhem ones
make sure you have an rpg with inf. ammo just like this and blow as much shit as you can up. i always start with like a level 2 or 3 police level. gives you more stuff to blow up.
Night Stolker, is there ANY WAY you could post a vid of level 4 or higher for the Mayhem you get from the power plant Island, which goes to the Apartments District? I had little problem with the ones that send you to Downtown and The Suburbs, and did level 6 in not too long. But I cannot, for the life of me, get through even level 4 of the other Mayhem. The reason is that I cannot find enough breakables to keep my combos going long enough to rack up hight enough scores.
TKSTiCKY, I have been playing the game on Hardcore difficulty. I assume you are as well. I beat 4, 5, and 6 2 days ago by toggling down the difficulty to Normal for those missions. It was a cakewalk once I did that.
hey man, kep restarting untill you go to chinatown and at freckle bitches place satchel charges on all of the chairs. then run into the score zone and detonate. u usually get about 123k.
then run down the main road until you get to a restaurant, blow up some cars with the rpg and then blow up all the chairs and tables. then run across the lake and blow up all the chairs and tables at the other restaurants. also, blow up the vendor stalls and park benches. i got up to a 93 combo
in saints row 2 the activitys only go up to level 6 as highest. and you get a reward for completing level 3 of it. and level 6. for example. in on of the insurance fraud activitys you get double the amount of spring time for completing level 3, and unlimited when completing level 6

yeah it sucked
on saints row 1 there was 3 or each activities with 8 lvls. And you only got 1 reward for completing lvl 8
on saints row 2 there is only 2 of each activity with 6 lvls and you get 2 rewards for each activity. 1 on lvl 3 and 1 on lvl 6

the best way to do mayhem is to blow over fences and the money rolles in just make sure you got quite alot (the suburbs is good)
