yow man i can't take the lens out of my radar livestrong ? can you ? i've had it for a year or so never taken out the lens before could that be the reason ? i think i'm going to break the lens

@kaaaaazzzz Yes, I can take it out. Doesn't matter how long they have been in there, but there is a trick to it. There are some vids on YouTube that show you how to do it as well. Also Oakley has a place on their website that tells you how to do it too!! I like the video better though!!

Hi im looking to trade a guy flak jackets for livestrong radars. He doesnt like the colors. Im afraid if there knock offs and how do i tell for livestrong ones? He says he bought them from champs and there real but on the picture i codnt really see the LIVESTRONG on the lenses or is it just me. Im kinda nervous.

@goosetavio Verify the model number on the left arm of the frame, and the livestrong should be etched on the bottom of the left lens. If you want send me the pics or tell me where I can see the pics of the glasses & I can tell you.

@maggenholm Sorry to have to tell you but the Livestrong radars are NOT polarized. Oakley should've added that option but didn't.

@maggenholm The iridium is the coating on the lens which is where Oakley spends the money & why their lenses are the best. So when you see "red iridium" the coating is red. The lenses are also hydrophobic which makes water & sweat whisk away. Knock offs not only are cheap, but their lenses are worthless as well.

hey err, why does your flak jacket lens look different from your radar, im thinking of getting a livestrong radar but i want the flak jacket lens cos its kinda more reflective, any idea what the flak jacket lens is?

@number63441 All the livestrong lens are exactly the same. I just looked at the video again & while it does look like the flak jacket is more reflective, it's just the angle that I'm showing it. Trust me it is not as "mirror like" as it appears. Each lens in this video is the black iridium & they each look the same. The most mirrored look will be from the fire, ruby or the blue iridium lens. Thanks.

@TheLTbaseballer19 I really don't know how many different pairs of Oakleys I have to be honest. These are the types I have: Juliets, Fuel Cell, Flak Jackets, M Frames, M Frame Pro, Radars, Jupiters, Oil Rig, Frogskins, Jawbone, Half Jackets, Switch, Fives, Zeros, Gascans, Minute, and Mars. I think that covers most of the types anyway. Don't know the exact number of pairs though.

@XxLIVESTRONGxX1 Always keep the Oakleys in the silk bag, but a hard case is always good! Blue lenses will also look awesome.

@1Paintballer77 Yes they are worth it. I love the retina burn & the atomic orange with fire lens. My retina burn have the transition lens which is the only lens you need. Check out ebay.

I have 2 other radars I haven't added yet, the Atomic Orange/fire lens & the Team Blue with bronze lens. Love them. I still have other Oaks to add but haven't got to them yet. Thanks for the post.
