It uses DVB-T(amongst others) which stands for
Digital Video Broadcasting Terrestrial
Digital TV still requires an aerial!

You only get the TV in a country like the UK which uses DVB digital video broadcasting which you pick up through a rooftop aerial if your country has cable or satellite and no terrestrial TV signal then it won't work for you but the FM radio will
