  • Tell it Mr. Faircloth. We're behind you.

  • You don't seem to understand that these discriminations SHOULD apply to the Muslim faith.

  • The hypocrisy and sycophancy infuriate me. Before 2009 (when it mattered the most) the Secular Coalition didn't stand up for 'separation' when candidate Obama's only reason for denying a 'fundamental, civil, *secular* right was "the religious connotations to marriage." He gave not even one legal reason - not one! It was a bit late to speak up after the mainstream has already shifted and it's safe. The facts suggest the motives are more about money (tax dollars) than secular principals.

  • I cannot describe the happiness I am feeling right now, knowing that I am being represented as a secular American. Thank you Mr. Faircloth

  • he has kept his word

  • Why do we even have faith based initiative?. 2 of the largest American religious charities, Catholic charities and the Lutheran World relief fund, have created independent organizations to distribute their charity money as it should be. They also get federal money for this work.

  • I am LordMaddog my account would not let me upload my response so I used my brothers account to see my comments look at the video respond

  • could you post the links to these stories in the info section please?

  • Don't we secularists donate enough to afford a backdrop and a teleprompter? :-(

  • Unfortunately, if Obama does not keep his word, it would be because his ratings would go down. In America, ratings are incredibly important because the ignorant, uneducated morons rely mostly on things like ratings and image. It would be a loss for secularist if he did not keep his word, but most Americans are religious and would probably frown upon keeping his word on this issue.

  • @cpjangofett ... True, however, this should not stop us and eventually, reason and sanity shall prevail.

  • @cpjangofett Come on, as much as I agree with you, and as much as my emotions run high, too, when it comes to this issue, let's take this rare opportunity and try to keep the comments to a single youtube video free of trash talk and insults etc. for a change ;) Seirously! I'm on your side! But let's try to leave the negativity and aggression to the other side...
