To be honest, all of there albums are underrated! I wish America would go back to liking REAL music instead of the manufactured garbage that is so "popular" today! No one makes music like these guys! Period.
I see what you mean by underrated... It's one of the last Toto albums I bought because I thought it would be monotonous (with Steve doing all vocals), and now it's my favourite Toto album! With this song being my favourite :)
