wow work on the filming so we can actually see whats going on.... did you jump up and down the whole time you filmed to try and make some kind of effect?
All you retards that are saying that its not that hard of a run. Fuck you guys, i bet all of you have never even stood on a pair of skis or a snowboard. So stop trying to be all cool and face the fact that you are an internet poser.
Don't underestimate it. Its about a 13ft drop but its into an insane pitch plus it's not wide enough to make easy turns, but the 1st guy took the easy way in
Earned the100,000 verticle feet pin 3 times & beat the nastar pacesetter once. Now I cannot bend over to adjust a binding. Time is cruel. Take care of yourself.
I did it the wimpy way. You traverse in the notch you see on the skiers right. Drop down as far as you can and then do a hop turn-dropping about 10 feet. After a buttcheck your home free.
dude... are you guys really taht bad... this trail is soooooooooooooooooooooooooo easy... i can do this with life my eyes closed. I like freakin jump off the cliff straight on... WOW
I did this march 2008, i only saw 3 others except for me try this during my week vacation there, i did a yard sale ended up having to hike over 100 yards back up to get to it cause i lost everything at start and slid on my ass the rest of the way, ski patrol ended up repelling down cause it was too icy for safe drops that day, they finished repelling though AS i got my skis so they didn't help much. Tip: Don' try turning into it, you're supposed to drop in on an angle facing a straight line
im asking not for the sake of critisizing you but for the sake of obtaining the optimum amount of help from your advice, what do you mean don't try turning into it? i figured you'd have to turn in midair to get it but what do you mean go straight?
I almost did too in my last trip there about a week ago. We looked down and man that is one hell of a jump. It would be best to do it this year since of all the powder they got.
Yea same here. We got at least 6 inches every day.
Also one more thing, for everyone who hasnt actually looked over the edge. It is one steep cliff. No picture or video actually shows how hard it really is.
I give you guys courage for doing it. I want to when Im a little more experienced. lol I did Paintbrush instead. Another double balck there.
It's not that bad? Yeah okay.

Don't expect to make many turns after first 2 seconds of the drop, it's impossible on most days. Good lucky, happy dropping!
(I was 16 when i did it, one other was supposed to follow me but after my yardsale he chickened and that's why i hiked >.>)
