The reason there are not a lot of serial killers is because if they aren't smart they get caught and never have to chance to keep killing. i really pity these people. i dont believe that any human being is "evil". i think that either past experiences or serious phsycological problems is what made them feel like they needed to do this and that is really sad to me. that doesnt lessen the horrors of what they did, and i pity the victims and their families much more. I just have to remind myself that these arent monsters, theyre people with phsychological issues and they deserve pity, not hate.

The majority of serial killers in America are Caucasian because most of the population is Caucasian. Plus, serial killers do tend to hunt within their own ethnic groups, and the sad fact is that crimes against whites do still tend to get more media attention (with the possible exception of hate crimes).
