@laborrelationsexpert i work in medical where in the last 4 yrs my pay has been decreased, my insurance has increased, my workload has doubled, company profit has increased by nearly double and my management has turned into money sucking tyrants... my company held a meeting explaining how bad unions were n very discreetly imformed us of what would happen if we sought out a union.. sound fair?

Thank you good sir for spreading your knowledge with the public. Unions were created in good intent... like almost everything else greed took hold, and now they are every thing they set out to protect people from. I hope people like you help people realize what unions are today.

You are right. When it comes down to it - the union does not stand with the employee. They had a rightful place in society at one time. Now they are nothing more than a business to extort money from the company using laborers as collateral and bring to ruin both of them. Thank you, for posting.
