I can't makeout the number on the car to well, but it seems to be a third district car maybe. Depending on where you are in that district it isn't all that bad crime wise. But also, because of the high stress of the job, I think it is a harmless and funny way to release some stress!

the city is thinking of suspending them for this. i don't think they should be suspended because it was a harmless prank, but i do think they should be more serious about being a cop and should have been doing their job.

They'll go before the Captain and he'll say not to get caught next time. Cops screw with other cops cars all the time. It's a Brotherhood and a right of passage

OK, for anyone who says that the cop should be arrested for parking in clearly marked NO PARKING zone, try pausing the video and you will see it states NO TRUCK PARKING. You would think a newhavenTEACHER would be able to read.
Would you relax with the talk of arresting them? Nobody gets arrested for parking in the wrong area. It's just funny to see that cops pranking each other.
