omgod thanks i m playing this rite now and you make it seem so much easier than it is! well at least 4 me. and thnx 4 playing it slower than i think you could cuz i need 2 see sum1 playing the middle of 2nd page slow cuz i am soo not getting it
@awesomestical42 No one cares, and I've already done this concerto, and you don't see me bragging. It's rather disgusting to be bragging on a child's recital video. You should be ashamed.
No one cares. Why Brag? It just makes you seem like a douche.
I have played this piece and yes, perhaps it could be a little faster and have a little more expression but she played it really well.
@Serina, keep up the good work. Watch the intonation a little on the shifts a little and try to get the double stops a little clearer. Work at it and I'm sure you will be brilliant :)
Oh and by the way to all the music critics, NO PERFORMER WILL EVER WANT TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID WRONG IN THEIR PERFORMANCE VIA COMMENTS. Im pretty sure they realized it when they made it and remember, "There is no such thing as perfect performance." Maxim Vengerov made at least 5 mistakes playing the Tzigane, and no one cared because IT SOUNDED GREAT! (In the identical sense like this did.)
I think realroyaltybe is right. But althought: if you play pieces in front of other people they should sound very good otherwise you should play a more easy piece.
So you should have practiced it really a little bit faster, because like this it sounds like you would practice it with your teacher in a lesson.
You have a good point konny. This is great, but the composer intended this to be WAAAAYYYYYY faster, as far as his favorite interpretation goes. And it could be more emotional, being that it is a flashy piece. But otherwise this sounds good. Keep up the great work!. (Please respect this comment as an opinion.)
I have played the violin for 42 years, and I think she did a very good job AND has the courage to put it on here for all to hear. Good for her. I wonder if the harshest critic even plays.
I think you added an extra note in 1:49 and try to keep your shifts as clean as possible. Good job! keep it up! It's hard for me to get this song up to speed.
wait wheres the rest of it?

i think you did a very good job! This song is extremely hard to play (just by watching you play it - it seems that way to me at least!)

try doing more vibrato. ^^ i think that'll make it sound much better

Other then it being ridiculously slow, generally good. To point some things out, work on the intonations a bit more, and try not to rush.
