@motorztv I've seen some orange Mustangs with black hoods and carbon fiber hoods. I personally think the black hood looks really good with the orange body.
Chris, what kind of Eibach kit is this? Is this the sport system plus kit? Just what I'm looking for...but wanted to verify. This video definitely gives me the confidence that I can do this myself...thanks!!
i got a mustang 95 and i want to install coilover sleeves do i take out the factory spring? and just leave the spot empty? Granatelli Motorsports Coilover Sleeves are the ones i want to put on will i need to buy anything else?
@motorztv Im about to buy the eibach or upr coilover kit for my 03 gt. do i need to buy the front and rear coilover kit? Or just the front? Thanks and awesome video!
it may be worth mentionning that the LED's will only work when connected right. if you connect them and they don't work, it's probably just because you plugged it in the wrong way. just give the connector a 180° turn and plug it back in. they will almost always work now
My concern is that when you were loosening the steering knuckle to strut bolts that you turned the bolt and not the nut, the bolt has splines and you may have stripped them.
@DanFrederiksen Haha you can't do anything to those. you woul end up ruining the performance. not to mention they are tuna cans. Not safe in any traffic problem. I've worked a scene where they cut bodies out (bodies not people) not pretty. Now something like a fusion I could see doing something to a little more practical.
I know that a lot of your segments involve sponsors, which is nice, but I was hoping that you might be able to create a guide on how to select a suspension set up for your car outside of stock.
I have a 2002 and really don't know how to determine who offers the most suitable option for me. I am looking for the highest handling available while retaining stock, or close to stock height since I live in a more rural area.
@motorztv ok good cause impact sockets are softer and wont cract due to impact of air tools. regular sockets are harder and made to handle torche not impact and will crack
@motorztv good. personally, i find having a normal set of sockets as space consumers and just buy the impacts instead. the only normal sockets i get are the ones i cant get in the impact sizes
@boy638 I answered that in a Letterz segment on the show a few episodes ago, but basically they're vehicles I personally own, or a friend. If we need something specific that we don't have we'll hit up online forums or Craigslist.
@motorztv : Sorry, I forgot to say that this was a great episode ! I like your style and the mustang looks fantastic . Orange is one of my favourite colours ! I wish I could take this one out on a test drive here in germany.
BTW: I got two new Porsche-Vids up since yesterday. Maybe you'd like to check them out for more great german engineering ;-)
Ya I rember when he started that project when he was on Trucks and drove it in with no floor at all u guys buds is that why you have similar names or did it just happen
@Terreos well we've got one more awesome Mustang mod coming up this season (nitrous) and then we'll calm down a little bit while we switch gears and focus on the engine rebuild plus a few other things. Thanks for the awesome comment!
@KamalRowe Hey Kamal! It's a lot of tricky editing :) Seriously, Mustangs are super easy to work on. I do know of at least one fan of the show that has purchased a Mustang solely because of Motorz! LOL
@motorztv Of course it's a privilege and a thrill, and plus I was surprised when a real life car build show found my little Forza 3 channel so thanks for finding me so I could find Chris and the Motorz team! <3

@motorztv LOL!!!!!!btw how do you respond so quickly,do you stay on the computer ALL DAY or do all these comments come up on your phone and you just reply on the go
Happy to hear that you will be doing an engine rebuild. Looking forward to seeing that. Also, I found it a bit strange that you didn't show the end result of lowering the Mustang.
Glad to see a coilover episode. Mine on the Mazda weren't too bad. There isn't a kit that I know of that has new bump stops, so we just cut them off.
Another good OBDII checker that is useful all the time is a Scangauge. I think that's an actual brand, but the one I have is an Aeroforce Interceptor. Best purchase I made for my car. I can check dozen of parameters and check/erase OBD-II codes. Mounted it between my new oil pressure and temp gauges and its a nice addition.
@americansmark It was nice to see this Eibach kit had replacement bump stops and it was really easy to install (of course you can see that by watching the episode). Thanks for watching and for the tip on the OBDII scanner!
@caquillo07 Last season and the current season are definitely Mustang-heavy. We'll be mixing it up for S05 as you see hinted in the Letterz segment of this episode.
this mustang looks just like my mustang ...... its in my chanel if you want to see it
