He said HOW do you get it in Jap voices and you get it by Action Replay in the English version you just switch it into Jap voices

why are they speaking japanese? i thought that mystic arte was only in the american version.

it does. this was probably beginning post production for the american release. The voice was later re-recorded for the american release. In other words, it's only a prototype hi-ougi.

IMO, JPN Natalia's voice sounds better than the ENG's voice in this particular clip.
She actually growls a little bit when she said noble roar. xD
