There is a great deal of difference between talking about your book, and "talking your book" in a financial sense.

I imagine the same is true of Lehman as it was of Enron.

Fuld & the exec were in charge, which means they take the fall, or they could make like Skilling & Lay and claim they didn't know, etc. It was all Fastow's fault.

Personally I don't buy that for a second.
