Awww! Poor dog! I'm used to seeing on animal vets shows that a dog or cat can live on 3 legs if 1 had to be amputated, but never like this! :-(

I once saw a programme where the owner had a special walking trolley for her dog with a harness so that she/he could use it with only 2 legs.

I think the owner should do this for her/his dog too.

Otherwise it's a bit cruel and unfair on the poor dog!

At first I couldn't quite put my finger on why this was freaking me out just a little. It wasn't the absence of front legs. But now I realize it's the shape and size of her chest and gut. They're just more pronounced than usual. But those adaptations do make sense. I'm sure her back muscles must be very strong as well.

What makes it even more impressive is that dogs naturally carry most of their weight on their front legs and not on their back legs. I hope she stays in good health!
