@luvebug21 - it would make a lot of sense if it was pronounced that way but for some weird reason it's not. Sort of like how most people that live in Toronto call the city "Traw no". Now *that's* strange!
@luvebug21 - it's funny because most people that aren't from Regina laugh hysterically whenever we say it.. "Ree jina!" the city that rhymes with fun (well, for most guys anyway).
@jchahine - thanks for the congrats... it took years in the making.
I've actually got around to doing a lot since quitting. I got my powerboat licence, volunteered at the queer group at the university and even started dating again! :O
Landon! That was some good news with school, your refinancing and moving forward. You really thought things out and you planned too. I hope to see more vlogs. You look so happy. I am looking forward to your news about your degree too. I bet the stress of the job is gone too.
@OLDS98 - it is pretty awesome. Finally after years of dreaming, jumping through hoops and taking risks, it all paid off in the end! :) Moving forward never felt so good!
Great to hear others finding a way to earn money in this economy we have paid all our debts seems you are on your way to a life of wealth. In the USA as long as the bike can be pedaled and you installed the engine and it is less than 5 hp you can ride it on the roads. There are people that ride cross the country on their bikes some use them for 15 mile trips either way the mpg exceeds 80 and the kits sell for less than $200. Some find a way to shift with a jackshift kit using like transmission?
@rossperth - No kidding! Sometimes I wonder: if I can make it in the business world in this kind of economy, imagine when things start booming again!
In all seriousness though, Regina's vacancy rate is still around 1%. With such demand for housing, it's hard not to make a profit in this sector at the moment. Things could change at any time though.
sit around and take peoples money.....sooooooo true

@arcadeMUZIK1 - I guess that's why it's considered "passive income" - the equivalent to earning bank interest ;)
