  • Yay! It's nice to see you. I haven't heard from you in a while. But it sounds like you're pretty busy. :)

  • feel free to call me. I'm only busy until noon or so, my time.

    It's been too long!

    Talk to you soon.

  • if it sounds that bad haha, probabally best to avoid it!

youll get something soon, theres so much things to do in america,im sure youll find something in no time at all, free PIZZA!?

    wow,im so there =]

i never really got into botannics, you like it? :)

  • I do enjoy botany. Landscape design is concerned more with the use of plant material on the aesthetic level, instead of a scientific level, which is why I enjoy it so much.

  • ahhh now i understand :D

i have a number of pictures of plants i took from the ones in my garden :D haha, having nice things to look at is good ^_^

  • Hey just wantd to maybe make u feel betta by tellin my own story of woe regardin my landlord- I'm in UK so I'll presume realty office is the equivalent. Not only did we get chargd £405 monthly to live in a flat in a deprived area; we were burgled just to make things better(!,) but afta we moved out recently after two years of living there, £170 was deducted from my deposit even though we left the flat spotless. Damn greedy landlords! All I can do as payback is prank call them continuously lol

  • Oh, I'll definitely be making some prank calls and causing trouble.

I'm worried about the deposit as well. The house is in shitty condition anyway, and they don't do inspections in between sub-leases, so they'll try to blame the pre-existing damage on me.

The girls at the realty office were dumbfounded at the basic questions I had. NOT a good sign... But, I'm already living here, so there's not much I can do.

I'll try to make the best of it, and just keep my guard up.

  • Maybe you should send a letter to them detailing any pre- existing damage and as a pre- caution also take dated pictures of the damage so that they don't screw you over like mine did, especially since yours sounds as unreliable and useless as mine. I feel like an advisor on a property programme! Good luck in any case.
