i rode this whn i was i think 10.... but it was so bumpy that i had to sit down for about 30 minutes and i could,but still can do any ride you ask me to. but i might go next weekend and ride it. is it really smooth?

@frizzyhead2 It's still a little bumby but way better because each car only has 2 riders and they have better shocks.

Same scenario with The Rattler here at Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio. We got some new trains so its smoother and there are rumors that they might renovate it.

I remember riding this in early 2010 with the old trains...when we got off every one was screaming for them to knock it down...I just laughed. I must admit it was pretty damn rough though. It gave me and my aunt really bad headaches.

that is great to know about the new trains. I hated the old PTC trains they had. Now i'm totally looking forward to riding both sides of gwazi at least more than just 1 time each.

the tiger track is much smoother than lions they replaced the track and got new trains for tiger but for lion they just got new trains this used 2 be a ride i counld not ride at all now i love it

I tell you those new Millenium Flyers plus the retracking of both sides really made a big difference for the ride experience. I now expect to see Gwazi's rankings to steadily climb in the next few years.

As far as the shaking in your head goes. The trains are much more comfortable. The only "shaking" I felt was down at my feet. My head was not rallted at all. Before you couldn't get me back on this ride. Now I can ride it a few times without a problem. Still, Lion is a bit more rough which may be just because of the elements of the track, but the trains are definitely an improvement.

@xscottd83x Yes the trains are an improvement but it is the track. If only Gwazi could be as smooth as Sheikra. Or Busch Gardens could build a rollercoaster like Goliath or Nitro. Something that is smooth and don't have no inversions. Just alot of airtime!!!

@Millenniumforce Go ride El Toro at Six Flags Great Adventure. That's basically what it is. Except El Toro actually has forces, something Nitro could only dream of.

@CaptainHollyShort I rode that ride. I like Nitro better. El toro Beat the hell out of me. Nitro is smooth when it goes over the hills but ElToro tries to throw you out of the seat., I had bruises on my legs from hitting the lap bar

@lost164 It feels about the same for the tracks roughness but its more comfortable with the cusioned seats and a little more space plus the seat belts are longer
