Jeff was kgetting "touched " by his peers he was dating becacuse of his Classics , A Love It ! In his case (seems cool "The only good thing that ever happened on a Monday" was a good line ..) I say GOOD FOR HIM !
Thankfully the schlock albert goldman isn't shown in part 1. To call PS's early hit's what he called them should tell you all you need to know about this al goldman fellow. Poor man, has real issues that need to be addressed.
I'm not sure what to think of this documentary. It came out in the 80's when idol bashing was a fad and this is a good example.
A documentary giving 5 minutes of airtime to a prick like Albert Goldman can never be good. Other pricks include Dee Dee and Johnny Ramone and the envious black producer in part 2.
At least some of the bashing was at least intelligent. I'm talking about Leiber and Stoller, people whom I admire but don't agree with, in this case.
What a dick but he knew how to make a hit!

Phil used to press the best rock and roll on vinyl. Now he'll press the best license plates on metal. It is a shame since he was a genius.

The next three parts load regularly, though. Dunno about the rest; still watching - looks good, though. Excellent doco so far too.
