Hey this looks like Chinese. Don't give bad images to Korea. I am not sure your title means the phone was manufactured in Korea or the phone was just unlocked by Korea. However, it definitely looks misleading.

First, cell phones in Korea do not use GSM. They use CDMA. Second, only reputable companies make cell phones. I have never heard of CECT. Third, the phone looks really cheap. Samsung, LG, SK (Helio phones) are good examples for Korea's quality. I would rather spend $200 and get iphones.
