if that biker was still alive while I am a jury, I did blame that biker for reckless riding. if he died, a charge against that suv driver will not be carried out
I prefer my hood ornaments to be chock full of body parts as well, that's why I haven't decided on a car yet. The 13 DUI's are just coincidence.
