Often it does, but we can never measure truthfulness by "level of offense," and the Bible admonishes us about offending people for no good reason. Tactful delivery is a major part of effective evangelism.

These guys don't come to campus for free. They're paid by local groups to come on campus. This guy and brother Micah make money doing this. Speak to the dept who deals with campus permits and tell them you don't want them there. If enough of you and your parents make noise about it, they'll go away. If anything, just ignore them. I'm an evangelical Christian, and I agree with *some* of what this guy is saying. However, he has absolutely zero tact -- he is simply offending those people. Does Truth offend? Often it does, but we can never measure truthfulness by "level of offense," and the Bible admonishes us about offending people for no good reason. Tactful delivery is a major part of effective evangelism.

I always get amused at evangelist who yell at people. In my short life I have never seen anyone accept christ as their savior after being yelled at. Maybe that worked 100 years ago, but not now.
