I use 40-50kg's in the tire. Not heaps, but enough to get the blood pumping.

Try this then repost. Smack the tyre for 20 seconds on one side, rest 10 seconds then 20 seconds on the other side. Repeat for 4minutes.

i pulled an entire tree out of the river with my landrover. and have incorporated it into my routine.
i have been slowly chopping it up with an axe.
