This one is so classic! Yes, it's very similar to "Dumb Hounded," but aside from the animation mistakes during the plastic surgeon scene, it's a better-quality cartoon and the music is awesome. I especially like how the violin notes match the syllables on the signs when Joe the Wolf first encounters Droopy. That's genius!
