i couldnt tell you the picking pattern (i know how to play its just i cant tab things) but the chords might help you( in order of which are played)

opening chords: C major and F major

verse chords: C major, A minor, F major, G major

chorus: C major, A minor, F major, g major

chorus end: D minor, G major, Cmajor
