Any projectile spell works, double up rather than duel cast to send them far! I was in Windhelm, got the dragon skeleton right on top of the Mages College!

On PC if you resurrect a dragon skeleton in the console you bring it back to life soul and all but it's invisible. Try fighting an invisible dragon. That's a soul earned.

easy, just attack or dragonrend when its breathing fire. and many attacks like flames and ice leave a aura on the enemy, just attack the aura thats still on the dragon after you've hit him.

If you think Dragon corpses react violently to the Resurrect spells, try the expert destruction spell "Incinerate". When dual cast, it makes them fly so far away that they load out of existence.
