  • Wow so the Elevator at Simpson Street is not new at all.

  • The announcements are smoother.

  • EXCELLENT VIDEO!! Thank you so much for these unique views.

  • @NYRavage Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks!!

  • Ahh, back in the day where they didn't give a crap what you did on the subway....

  • Only Intervale Avenue remains unchanged on the elevated WPR Line.

  • Beautiful..wish I got to ride these :/

  • Once again thanks for sharing these videos with us. It brings me back many memories of being 14 and waiting in that platform for that 110 to come.

  • Great video

  • I'm glad they changed the announcements upon the R142's completion

  • The TA should use these on the 7 now as it seems likely that new trains on the line won't be arriving soon due to budget issues

  • @thf415 Actually the new cars for the (7) line were already ordered and should be delivered within the next few years. Besides, these cars seen here in this video don't work anymore.

  • They sounds like Toronto cars but quieter and the same door chimes are used on the SEPTA Silverliner V and MARTA cars in Atlanta while New York stuck to their infamous "bling-blong" door chime after the train. Great video! Miss my redbirds.

  • Fantastic. That this train helped to killed off an entire generation of Redbirds makes me marginally upset, but eh. It's a cool retrospective. :D

  • This video is going to blow up! it's already on the forums. Thanks for this rare video & for showing us how the Bronx looked like in the early 90's!

  • You are killing it man, Love it!

  • Once again another fantastic video. Thanks Transitviews!
