Nature is amazing here, unfortunatly the some of the music scene is genereally influenzed a lot by the "Rock and Beer" combination ;-) On a different note, a nice approach to celtic music for guitar is:
1. Find the (celtic) melody in Midi format on the net
2. Import it into tabledit spend some time finding the best tuning (I love open D)
3. Add harmonies basslines in tabledit
4. Find out if its playable.
5. Go to youtube or celtic music forum and hear other peoples versions.
Some of my videos were made to help studying the tabs I wrote for the french revue "Trad Magazine", so it's difficult to put them on the web... But I think it's very easy to find the tab from the video. Good work ;-)
If you want only the melody to write you own arrangement, you can easely find it in a site named "The session" (youtube don't allow to post a link in a comment but google is your friend...)
Merci.

I really ought to get to grips with the DADGAD tuning. Excellent. 5******

Nice arrangement.
I heard this done by Maggie Sansone on the hammered dulcimer, but it sits nicely on the guitar and you played it in my favorite tuning.

Because çà parait difficile de faire sonner
