Sat Naam Ji !!! Loved what you had to say, we resonate much (naturally, as I am also an indigo). My (physical) spiritual practice is Kundalini as well, and i LOVE it - although conscious contact, silent communion reigns supreme, as it should. This poppd into my head while listening to u, and I'm sure you already know it: "Youre doing well, just be DILIGENT in your practice!!" I would recomend starting morning Sadhana my brother, it is a gift beyond any words tht you can give yourself. ~1~
