  • Hi. Thanks for the video.

    If you don't mind, I'd like to add a tip. When I have to pry up plastic parts, instead of a knife or screw drivers I use guitar picks. Actually guitar and bass picks, so some of them are more flexible and some are stronger.

    This way, you can get the plastic parts out without risking getting something scratched.

    I also bought a plastic pry bar set similar to ones used to remove cars' upholstery.Nothing fancy, cheap stuff from the supermarket, but pretty useful.

  • Hold on!!! You don't need to pry up the RAM cover with a knife like that. (Ouch!) Look a little more closely. You should see a release underneath the slide-lock that you had to slide in order to remove the battery. You will need something like the end of a paper clip to slide it but it is there. Using a knife like that will eventually break your RAM cover's tabs to where it won't fit any more. So don't do it.
