@KURISUCHRIS99 a mixture.Nick Knight photographed her wearing 'fashion collaborator' Alexander McQueen neckpiece. The neckbrace was meant to show the different pitches Bjork would make in her voice.The kimono/nails/eyes represented restraint and she was like a hybrid/warrior of love.

Nick Knight did manipulate it (back drop+eyes+shoulders) but mostly it was the McQueen kimono+neck+hair piece. Before Gaga she was the 'muse' and i'm sure a McQueen/Bjork collaboration could have happened again. They were like- minded in ideas. Alarm Call and Pagan Poetry were other collaborations. It's such a shame that talent has died.
