I was taught falling straight back with head to one side but eyes still looking at the spot i've chosen (straight ahead on the edge of the ceiling)... Not over to the side like this...this is just like going to bed at night...and needs a little more jarring to move the "sand" in the ears.
Not exactly. Theres different types, i have to do mine exactly how she does it, turning your head 45 degrees but instead, i have to look up at one spot and stay looking at it while i do this maneuver

It should be a 180° movement (half a circle) to be really effective.
