Bottom line, you don't own the copyright ergo Fontana/UMG can complain to YouTube to take it down. This increase the fire YouTube is under for not taking down themselves when it first appeared.

For us it is a guilty pleasure to view until some notices and acts on it.

Apparently there is a lack of agreement of listed blocked territories and actually blocked.
