I know the 2nd tune as "Ryan's Polka"...but thats irish music for ya, lol same tune with many different names.

It is called a bodhran, and is basically a frame drum, it can be played with a stick (tipper) or with the hand.

It is a clarke celtic tin whistle she have. I have one to. But it has a dent on it. :-(
