It would be the same as this...Coach is not slow in his promise to pick you up (the team ) but is patient not willing that any be left behind but for all to make it to the game. The any & all refer to the object noun -the team.

Can you explain how a person who is spiritually dead open their own eyes? Its through the preaching of the Gospel that God calls his elect to salvation and judges the non elect.
