no, that would just return it back to its normal sound. When you play the song twice as fast, the frequency of the sound is likewise doubled, resulting in the sound being an octave higher. If you sped it up and then slowed it back down, you'd just end up where you started. The only way to get the Chipmunk sound without speeding up the whole tape is to use software that will double the frequencies digitally.
