I think the problem has gone on before 1979. How about all the way back to the asassination of Robert F. Kennedy? However, we must fight them but I think we are doing it the wrong way. We have the wrong people running the show. We need more people like Dale in charge.

IN Afghan today 6 US service people killed today for nothing.

800 military bases all over the world while we are bankrupt here.

Real patriots want ,fight for peace and stay out of wars.

@cpgone I think the he families and loved ones of 9/11 victims appreciate our being their going after those who supported that attack or who support another such attack. They declared war on us long ago. One can say radical Islam has been at war with us since the 1979 revolution in Iran but I think we all know it goes back further than that. To pretend those who adhere to a radical Islamic faith are not at war with us is suicide and it's time we fought back to win.... which we're not sadly.
