1. If fried, fake egg white tend to bubble more than real egg

2. Fake egg MAY have slight chemical smell to it or the yellow colouring might be a little different.

3. If egg white and yoke beaten together, fake egg yoke will mix with white egg faster than real egg.

As you can see only by close inspection you can tell which is fake egg. If you just mindlessly cooking your egg, you won't be able to tell.

Fake noodles are made of chopsticks :D. They put these things in various solutions to turn chopsticks into squiggly sticks and processed it further to make it look like noodles.

There's also fake pork. Not really fake but people get the ones that are already dead, put a buncha deodorant and spices, color, and more on it, then cook it. It actually looks delicious. You might not even realize you're eating a pig that's been dead for a while.
