  • lower your arms down at the start of your jump, then swing.

  • either slow down and get more of a bounce in your step and take less steps. or you can run as fast as you can and jump as hard as you can. There is an exeption to running. when you are running as fast as you can your second to last step should be short and choppy and your last should be long and explosive try to keep you feet on the ground as short as possible. watch this video on youtube you will know what i mean.-----------Vertical jumping form can increase your vertical 2 - 6 inches now.-----

  • you footwork looks like a barn-dance

    work on that and you should get 3 inches

    the rest is simple as easy plyometrics
