  • ya not so purple really. just tried it with the exact same chems. I mean it kinda worked but the purple was so faint you don't see it till right before it goes out. would be nice if there was an easy way to make a good purple. but this isn't it

  • @demnlordd666 I have another video which includes a strontium compound to get a more purple flame. Try adding some emergency flare (strontium compound) to get a better purple.

  • @futsang lol, i did that at the same time.  grabbed the no sodium salt, strontium nitrate, heet, and black copper oxide. then tried as was said, then added strontium nitrate to achieve a red purple then threw in the CuO to see what happened. then I wrote the review, thats funy you suggest the same thing

  • @turbotonic27 The camera's CCD didn't pick up the reddish tone as well as you can see it. You can make the flames more "purple" with the addition of a bit of strontium salt, as from a road flare, with the potassium salt.
