So it was was lung cancer nothing else. I'm assuming that the person was a doctor and was trying to help her beat the cancer that was in her lungs.

I remember watching Nazia's Indian movie songs, as a 5 yr old growing up in Bombay. I always thought she was Indian and didn't even know she was from another country. After many years in Anerica now, I just stumbled on the information about her tragic and untimely demise 8 years ago and I'm quite devastated. She was a beautiful person & singer who transcended borders and my heart goes out to her little kid. We need more people like her in this hate filled world of ours. Rest in peace!
